II. DIRECT BILLING SERVICE PROCESS FOR MSH CHINA’S MEMBER AT BERNARD HEALTHCARE

When MSH’s member visit Bernard Healthcare, the direct billing process will proceed as follows:

• Step 1: Member Eligibility

Recognize a MSH’s member

Check member eligibility by provider portal

• Step 2: Consultation & Guidance

Our insurance officer will verify the available information via MSH’s portal (Period of Insurance, Outpatient Direct Billing, Direct Billing Limit, Copayment / Coinsurance / deductible……)

Member will be advised on the examination process and how to use direct billing services at Bernard Healthcare.

• Step 3: Medical Services

Member undergo examination and treatment at Bernard Healthcare.

• Step 4: Billing Procedure

Process for services eligible for Direct billing

Process for Pre-authorization (if any)

• Step 5: Confirmation & Payment

Member will sign the documents related to their visit.

Member pay for any costs not covered by insurance or exceeding the coverage limits.
